Equipment structure features:

Box furnace structure is used for heating furnace and regenerating furnace. Quenching tank is composed of tank, circulating cooling system, forced stirring system under liquid, liquid level detection device, temperature measurement device and control system. In the tank (around and at the bottom), there are multiple groups of forced liquid agitator. The agitator on the tank wall can adjust the agitator speed according to the liquid flow direction, and the fluid flow rate and flow rate can be adjusted by the frequency conversion of the agitator. The circulating cooling system is used for cooling the quenched liquid to ensure that the quenched liquid is quenched to the workpiece at a controlled temperature range.
