1) Check the limit switch next to the furnace door or cover of the well type furnace, and ensure that the main loop power is cut off after the furnace door or cover is started.

2) Before using the well type furnace, the power connection shall be in good contact. The insulation of the power line meets the requirements.

3) The gas flow meter and pressure gauge equipped with the control atmosphere resistance furnace should be accurate and sensitive.

4) The resistance furnace with inflammable atmosphere should have a furnace temperature lower than 760& ORDM; C alarm and necessary interlock device to avoid explosion.

5) The grounding bolt of furnace body should be firm and reliable.

6) Water temperature, water pressure and flow relay shall be installed in the well furnace cooled by water supply. In case of abnormal conditions, the power supply of the main circuit shall be cut off and an alarm signal shall be sent.

7) The explosion-proof safety device for controlling the atmosphere furnace should be flexible and reliable.

8) The exposed electric heating body outside the furnace shell shall have a safe and reliable protective cover.
